Location: Cranston, RI Salary Range: $35-40 per hour plus potential OT Type: Temporary to possible Temp to Hire 3-4 months Hours: 40-45 Hours per week onsite in Cranston: 7:00-5:00 operational hours Facilities Manager – Summary A Facilities Manager oversees the daily operations and upkeep of buildings and grounds to ensure a safe, efficient, and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, cleaning, security). Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Oversee office space planning, renovations, and moves. Manage vendor contracts and service providers. Monitor budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities. Implement preventive maintenance and sustainability initiatives. Qualifications: 5+ years in facilities or building management. Strong knowledge of building systems and safety regulations. Excellent organizational, budgeting, and vendor management skills.
