The portfolio consists of properties throughout Palm Beach County. Responsibilities: Work closely with vendors to ensure compliance with service contracts Ensure adherence to property owners policies and procedures, as well as compliance with codes, regulations and governmental agency directives Perform site inspections Oversee leasing Resolve any tenant issues Implement polices & procedures Manage facilities and maintenance staff Various related duties as needed Requirements: Bachelors degree a plus 4+ years of commercial property management experience Prior experience with a property management system Excellent communication skills
