Plumbing Supervisor (Tampa)

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plumbing Superintendent with a strong background in Plumbing. This position will play a pivotal role in the successful field execution of large-scale commercial and industrial construction projects in the Tampa region. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on the job site, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership and direction to field staff, subcontractors, and trades on multiple active projects. Oversee the installation Plumbing systems. Ensure all work meets or exceeds code requirements, design specifications, and quality standards. Coordinate schedules, manpower, tools, materials, and equipment across all job sites. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, safety, and compliance. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and designers to resolve technical issues. Maintain up-to-date project documentation and reporting for senior leadership. Enforce and promote a culture of safety in alignment with OSHA standards and company policies. Participate in planning meetings and pre-construction activities to identify risks and logistics strategies.
