Wildweed is a New American restaurant with a heavy emphasis on focusing on high caliber and careful food.  Most recently featured as '50 best restaurants in America' by The New York Times, '20 best new restaurants in America' by Bon Appetit, and featured as a Finalist for Best Chef: Great Lakes Region, we've also been showcased in the Wall Street Journal Off Duty section and in Esquires Best New Restaurants list.  We are looking to find a energetic, eager, team members to round out our inspired team for the busy season ahead. We are currently looking to fill the following positions: Bartender -  Experienced in building seasonal menus, high volume / high quality service and proficiency in multitasking. Wine knowledge an asset.  Part time initially with opportunities for fulltime/more responsibilities. Host/Server - Must have Tue/Wednesday availability. Experience with indesign or minimal knowledge of graphic design as well as serving experience required. Wine knowledge an asset, but a curiosity to learn is a requirement. Opportunities for growth. We have two dining experiences in our dining room: The first experience is our main dining room which features seasonal pastas deracinated from tradition, and seasonal snacks and a little too much ice cream. Our second experience, is an immersive 12 course tasting menu at our chefs counter where we cook and serve guests an incredible story representing time and place from our Midwestern palate.
