Founded in 2010, our collections are handcrafted in downtown L.A., with a focus on creating a positive long-term impact—on our industry, our community, and our customers.Role Overview At Spinelli Kilcollin, you’ll join a collaborative and passionate team where creativity drives how we connect with our customers. As our Creative Associate, you’ll take ownership of post-production and digital asset management while supporting our Creative Manager and Video Manager on campaign photoshoots and video productions.We’re looking for a detail-oriented creative with strong retouching skills and organizational expertise. In this role, you’ll ensure all product and ecommerce photography is consistent, polished, and on-brand, while helping keep our digital library organized and accessible. You’ll also provide support for larger campaign shoots, contributing to a seamless creative process across mediums. Alongside your photography responsibilities, you’ll bring light video experience to assist with editing, asset prep, and on-set- production needs and play a key role in developing efficiencies in post-production workflows and shaping asset organization systems to support the team’s long-term creative needs.Key Responsibilities Execute all post-production for product and ecommerce shoots, including retouching, color correction, and file preparation Manage and organize digital assets across platforms including Adobe Bridge and Dropbox Maintain consistency and accuracy across visual content in line with brand standards Support the Creative Manager and Video Content Manager on campaign photoshoots and video productions, both on location and in studio Assist with studio lighting setups and product/jewelry photography as needed Provide light video editing support (e.g. cutting selects, preparing files, applying brand templates, assisting with color correction) Help manage and organize video assets and raw footage to support the Video Content Manager’s workflow Contribute to the development of efficient post-production workflows and asset organization systemsSkills & Experience 3 + years experience in a creative environment Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Bridge Strong retouching and color correction skills, particularly with product and jewelry photography Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or After Effects and ability to provide light support for editing tasks. Experience with digital asset management systems and file organization Familiarity with Dropbox and collaborative file-sharing workflows Knowledge of studio lighting and ecommerce photography best practices Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced creative environmentCompensation $65,000 – $70,000per year, based on experiencePerks & Benefits Paid Company Holidays PTO Health & Dental Benefits 401(k) + Matching Profit Sharing + Annual Bonus Jewelry AllowanceHow to Apply Send your resume and a cover letter .
