As we continue to expand, we are seeking an accomplished and hands-on Vice President of Finance to play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy, driving operational excellence, and fueling our next chapter of growth.The Opportunity The Vice President of Finance will serve as a strategic business partner to the CEO, providing leadership across Finance, IT, Payroll, HR, Legal, and Facilities. This is a high-impact role for a finance leader with a passion for both strategy and execution. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable making data-driven decisions, and enjoys building scalable processes that support sustained growth.Key Responsibilities Lead financial strategy, planning, and forecasting to deliver on performance goals. Oversee Finance operations, including GL, AR/AP, payroll, and tax compliance. Provide leadership and oversight for IT, Payroll, HR, Legal, and Facilities functions. Develop KPI dashboards, executive reporting, and scenario models to inform decision-making. Partner with Sales, Product, Supply Chain, and E-commerce to improve margins, optimize spend, and ensure operational alignment. Manage working capital strategy and maintain strong banking relationships. Build and mentor a lean, high-performing team while fostering a service-oriented culture with strong controls.What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or MBA strongly preferred. 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, ideally in CPG, beauty, retail, or e-commerce, with a proven record of driving performance and building scalable infrastructure. Hands-on leader with success in lean, entrepreneurial, high-growth environments. Deep expertise in NetSuite ERP and the integration of finance systems with operational platforms. Strong technical skills in cost accounting, inventory valuation, margin analysis, and financial modeling. Experience overseeing or closely partnering with IT, HR, Legal, Payroll, and Facilities. Proven record of improving forecasting accuracy, streamlining month-end close processes, and implementing actionable KPI dashboards. Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and retain top talent. Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex financial data for non-finance stakeholders.
