Their team partners with clients across infrastructure, utilities, and transportation to deliver efficient, compliant, and people-focused solutions. They are looking for a highly skilled Executive Assistant to partner with four Managing Directors and help keep the business running at its best. This is a hands-on role in a lean, fast-paced small-to-mid-sized business where flexibility and resourcefulness are key. The right person will be comfortable wearing multiple hats, stepping in wherever needed, and thriving in an entrepreneurial environment where priorities can shift quickly. If you thrive on organization, clear communication, and finding solutions before others know there’s a problem, this could be the perfect opportunity.What You’ll Do Keep the Leadership Team on Track Own and optimize calendars to make sure priorities are aligned with business goals. Coordinate high-stakes meetings with clients, project teams, and leadership. Prepare agendas, capture key decisions, and ensure follow-through on action items. Drive Projects and Deliverables Track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple projects. Serve as gatekeeper for incoming requests—prioritizing, filtering, and delegating where needed. Help keep big initiatives moving by monitoring progress and flagging roadblocks. Manage Travel & Logistics Plan seamless travel for client meetings, conferences, and site visits. Handle accommodations, transportation, and expense reports with precision. Strengthen Communication Draft, edit, and polish correspondence, reports, and presentations. Represent the Managing Directors professionally with clients, partners, and internal teams. Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.What We’re Looking For Proven experience as anExecutive Assistantor similar role supporting senior executives in a small to mid-sized business environment. Superb organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, ) is a plus. High integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information. Bonus Points If You Have Knowledge of the right-of-way, appraisal, or real estate industries. Experience in professional services or consulting environments.
