The ideal candidate is fast paced, organized, and can get their sleeves rolled up when fulfilling the requirements of a fast-growing sales order book. This role is critical in ensuring our product inventory supports operational demand, installer needs, and distributor orders with efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness. The full-time (40 hours PW) position is based in Lake Forest, CA.Why Join BrandGuard Vents? The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:Key ResponsibilitiesReceiving & Put-Away: Unload Trucks Verify Counts Inspect for Damage Labelling Put Away MaterialsPicking, Kitting, & Picking: Pick sales and work orders with 99%+ accuracy Assemble Kits Pack ShipmentsShipping: Stage and load parcel and freight Complete BOLs Resolve ExceptionsInventory Control: Perform daily cycle counts Assist in resolving variancesEquipment & Safety: Operate pallet jacks and forklifts safely Maintain 5S and OSHA standardsQuality & Continuous Improvement: Follow SOPs and QC checks Suggest ImprovementsPerson Specification We’re looking for someone who is not only qualified for the role but also aligned with our mission to protect homes and communities from wildfire threats.
