Behavior Technician Job Description We are currently looking for compassionate individuals to work with children with autism spectrum disorder and their families. As a Behavior Technician, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of these children and help them achieve their goals. Job Responsibilities: Work with children with autism spectrum disorder and their families to implement behavior plans and teach new skills. Collaborate with a team of professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Collect data and write progress notes to track client progress. Requirements: A degree in a related field or certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Prior experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder is preferred.
