Use power or air-powered tools to secure, mount, or bolt parts into place ? Disassemble and reassemble parts to ensure production In this Function You Will ? Follow safety procedures in order to maintain a safe work environment ? Use hands or hand tools to secure, mount, or bolt parts into place ? Use power or air-powered tools to secure, mount, or bolt parts into place ? Disassemble and reassemble parts to ensure production ? Read production orders to determine material requirements or assembly instructions ? Communicate with teammate to assemble product ? Use paint, polish, sand paper, or lubricant to finish product ? Lift products on and off production line ? Package, prepare, or tag products in order to be shipped Required Qualifications ? High school diploma or equivalent ? Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. ? Remain standing for an extended period of time up to 10 hours ? Able to perform constant movement of the arms Preferred Skills ? Mechanical- Knowledge of machines and tools, including their uses. ? Production and Processing- Knowledge of raw materials, production processing, and quality control. ? Active Listening- Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times. ?
