Epic Go-Live Support Specialist Contract Location: On-site in Boston, MA (at the Brigham and Faulkner main campuses) Pay Rate: $40 - $50/hr Duration: 3-week contract (approximately 80 total hours) Job Summary Are you an experienced Epic professional looking for a focused, short-term contract? We're hiring Epic at The Elbow (ATE) Support Specialists to help with the go-live of the Epic Beaker lab module at a major Boston hospital system. This is an on-site, hands-on role where you'll provide critical support to doctors, nurses, and medical assistants with specimen collection and other key Epic workflows. What You'll Do Provide "at the elbow" support to clinical staff during the Epic Beaker module go-live. Assist users with standard Epic workflows, including specimen collection. Act as a helpful resource and subject matter expert on the floor. Support a smooth and successful transition for all end-users. What We're Looking For Experience: You must have prior experience with Epic and "at the elbow" go-live support in a clinical setting. Technical Skills: A deep, specialized knowledge of Epic is not required ; standard, basic knowledge of clinical workflows is sufficient. Availability: You must be available for a mandatory 3-day orientation starting October 29th , followed by support shifts over the next two weeks. Work Style: You should be a strong communicator with a supportive, customer-service-oriented mindset. Logistics & Perks Schedule: The assignment includes an 80-hour commitment spread across three weeks. Shifts will include 5 AM - 2 PM and 2 PM - 12 AM.
