Senior Project Manager

Flowtec is partnered with a long-standing family-owned general contractor based in Royal Oak, MI. With over 55 years in business, they’ve earned a strong reputation delivering high-quality retail, multifamily and commercial projects across Southeast Michigan. Due to a strong project backlog and continued growth, they are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team. This role will report directly to the Director of Construction and oversee both renovation and ground-up projects, typically ranging from $2M to $20M in value. Responsibilities Lead healthcare and municipal projects from preconstruction through closeout Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance across multiple jobs Coordinate with field teams, superintendents, design professionals, and owners Conduct site visits and lead progress meetings to ensure quality and compliance Maintain strong communication with clients, municipalities, and regulatory agencies Utilize Procore or similar project management software for documentation and reporting (preferred) Background & Skill Set 7+ years of construction management experience, ideally in healthcare and municipal projects Proven ability to manage both renovation and ground-up projects ($2M–$20M) Experience running multiple active jobs simultaneously Strong organizational and leadership skills; thrives in a family-oriented company culture Procore experience preferred Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary $120,000 to $140,000 Annual discretionary bonus, average in first year, $10,000 Comprehensive health benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision, employee eligible after 30 days Monthly car allowance $700/month 3% 401(k) company match
