Job Title: Sr. Project Manager/Product Launch Manager Location: Research Triangle Park, NC 27709, United States Duration: 11/03/2025 – 11/02/2026 (1 Year Contract) Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week) Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a Scientific Discipline required. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing setting. Hands-on experience with SAP Software Systems. Background in operational management and/or project management. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Critical and strategic thinking capabilities. Proven technical aptitude and leadership ability. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate product launches within the Operational Readiness team, managing projects of varying complexity across global business segments. Oversee operational aspects of global commercial launches, including manufacturing site selection and technology transfer from R&D or other facilities. Provide technical leadership and support during startup operations, including troubleshooting formulated products. Manage cross-functional development planning, pilot trials, and scale-up activities for global formulations. Implement product-related supply chain models and provide global S&OP support. Identify and execute continuous operational improvement opportunities by addressing non-conformance issues (NCMs), reducing cost of goods (COGs), and balancing operational constraints with business needs.
