Developer Publications - Car Experience Content Engineer & EditorSan Diego, California, United States | Software and ServicesDescriptionYou will be responsible for authoring, editing, and maintaining technical documentation for automotive partners, including specifications for CarPlay, CarPlay Ultra, and car keys. Responsibilities include:Partner with the Car Experience engineering team to analyze specifications and understand hardware requirements.Create content delivery plans and technical specifications that clearly explain complex integration concepts.Edit technical specifications and content produced by engineers.Identify opportunities to modernize content workflows for better efficiency and quality.Contribute to app development documentation and Human Interface Guidelines (HIG).Minimum QualificationsPassion for learning new technologies and producing accurate technical documentation.Ability to interpret complex specifications into clear content.Excellent writing, communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.Experience with markup languages (LaTeX, Markdown, HTML, XML) and version control systems (Git, Subversion).Proficiency with macOS and Unix systems.Preferred QualificationsExperience writing or editing requirements documentation.Knowledge of automotive systems, hardware integration, and accessory design.Familiarity with Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines and UX/UI principles.Note: This job is active and accepting applications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
