As a Director of Sales, you will be leading and supervising a sales team to reach per-branch targets and profitability goals. The Director of Sales will be responsible for developing and implementing sales plans, managing sales staff, and working with customers to create revenue growth. This role will identify new customers, work with current customers, and collaborate with other company departments to create a sales environment that reaches goals. Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and manage sales team for high performance and results Identify in all markets, new revenue opportunities, expanding the current customer base Analyze sales data, creating reports showing market trends and sales staff performance Provide training and support to sales team to increase their skills and success Travel as required Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of sales management.
