OverviewExecutive Director of Global Recruitment - Starwood Hotels. We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leadership candidate to support the launch and ongoing success of residential projects under the 1 Homes and Baccarat Residences brands. The role is a key part of the Brand Marketing team, acting as a liaison between marketing, development, and residential ownership groups. This position offers a unique opportunity to position each residential project as a standalone destination while maintaining integration within the overarching hotel brand narrative. The role will collaborate cross-functionally and globally, supporting development and marketing functions, and working with agency partners and developer project teams to bring each vision to life.We are part of Starwood Hotels, recognized by Newsweek as a 2024 Most Loved Workplace, fostering a culture where creativity thrives, collaboration is second nature, and people are valued for who they are and what they bring.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop & Execute Marketing Plans: Review developer marketing plans for brand consistency and impact on sales strategy; partner with development teams to create pitch decks, sales tools, and marketing resources; build residential marketing toolkits for consistent brand execution; review integrated marketing campaigns across paid media, social, digital, and print; develop brand-aligned experiences including launch events, collaborations, and showroom activations; act as primary contact for developers and coordinate deliverables with internal teams.Content Creation: Collaborate with partners to develop engaging content for digital platforms, print materials, and owned channels; ensure content reflects the distinctive voice, visuals, and values of each brand.Data & Analytics: Work with developer marketing teams to analyze performance data, evaluate effectiveness of marketing strategies, and optimize campaigns; track KPIs across marketing touchpoints and generate actionable insights.Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration: Connect brand marketing, development, creative, and communications teams; liaise with ownership and sales teams to align efforts; collaborate with international development teams and global stakeholders to ensure regional nuance while maintaining brand consistency; oversee external agencies and project contributors with creative direction and strategic alignment.What Makes You a Great FitBased in Miami, FL, with the ability to work on-site at the home office.4+ years of experience in luxury brand, hospitality, or residential marketing; experience in branded residences and luxury hospitality is a plus.Proven ability to craft compelling brand narratives, write engaging copy, and oversee high-quality creative execution.Experience working with international teams or markets across time zones and cultures.Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.Experience leading agencies, vendors, or cross-functional project teams from ideation to execution.Collaborative, proactive, entrepreneurial spirit with a strategic mindset.Passion for sustainability, design, innovation, and the future of luxury living.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionMarketingIndustriesHospitality #J-18808-Ljbffr
