With more than 7,000 employees in over 100 offices around the world, Starcom partners with the world's leading marketers and brands, including Bank of America, Best Buy, Kellogg Company, McDonald's, Novartis, Samsung, Visa and more.Job DescriptionThe Vice President, Client Strategy will drive seamless execution of integrated client bound and internal workstreams, while serving as a strategic client partner and shaping the narrative of how Publicis delivers on the CPG account’s business promise.ResponsibilitiesCross functional leadership & execution: Lead integrated campaign workstreams simultaneously, coordinating across creative, media, analytics and client teams to deliver flawless executionStrategic client relationship development & narrative building: Develop and present quarterly strategic business reviews that demonstrate clear ROI and identify 2-3 growth opportunities per sessionMeasurable Outcome: Secure client approval for 75% of recommended strategic initiatives, resulting in expanded scope of work and deeper partnership positioningClient interface & issue resolution: Serve as day-to-day contact for client stakeholders, resolving operational issues without EVP escalationSuccess MetricsDrive organic account growth through strategic recommendations and expanded service offeringsImprove project effectiveness and efficiency through seamless cross-functional coordination and resource optimizationDrive strategic influence & partnership, achieving “trusted advisor and partner” status across client and creative teamsQualifications10+ years media and management experience in progressive levels of responsibility, preferably in the media planning and/or business development spaceStrong systems management; adept at orchestrating and executing, cross functionally across client, media and creativeStrategic storytelling ability; ability to shape the story of how Publicis delivers on the CPG account's business promiseEnd to end workstream stewardship, from brief to post performanceAdditional InformationStarcom is an Equal Opportunity Employer. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
