After growing rapidly in the UK, we are expanding into the US, a market with more than 3,500 colleges, 10 times the student population, and significantly higher revenue per student. The opportunity is huge, and we are looking for a proven sales leader who can turn this market potential into measurable results.We are seeking a commercially sharp, strategically minded Head of US Sales to lead our entry into the US market. You will set the direction, build the team, and deliver the sales strategy that will establish native as the go-to platform for student engagement in the US. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a market from day one and shape how we scale.What you’ll be doingLead US commercial growth by owning the revenue number and delivering ambitious but achievable targets.Build the US sales playbook by defining our GTM approach, sales processes, and performance metrics.Recruit, coach, and lead a high-performing sales team focused on both university partnerships and advertiser relationships.Secure strategic partnerships with brands, and agencies to accelerate adoption and market presence.Work closely with marketing, product, and operations to ensure US customer needs shape our offering.Represent native in the US market as a credible and engaging brand ambassador at industry events, networking opportunities, and campus visits.Establish strong forecasting and reporting processes to keep leadership informed on pipeline, performance, and market trends.Provide market intelligence and feedback to inform product development and marketing strategy.What you’ll bringProven success leading sales teams in high-growth environments, ideally in marketplace, SaaS, or media/advertising businesses.Track record of exceeding sales targets at both individual and team level.Experience selling into higher education or similarly complex, multi-stakeholder environments.A strong network in US higher ed and/or youth marketing is highly advantageous.Demonstrated ability to build sales functions, playbooks, and market entries from the ground up.Hands-on leadership where you are as comfortable closing a major deal yourself as you are developing your team’s capability.Data driven decision making with strong forecasting, pipeline management, and commercial analysis skills.High cultural intelligence to work effectively with the UK based team while driving US priorities.What success looks like in this roleA clear, repeatable US sales process that delivers predictable growth.Strong, sustainable relationships with universities and key advertisers.A high-performing sales team that consistently meets or exceeds targets.Positive brand recognition for native across the US higher education and youth marketing sectors.What’s in it for You:Competitive from $150K + OTE + equityComprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision.Opportunity to shape the future of student engagement in the US.Be part of a fast-growing, dynamic team with a mission-driven culture.Equal Opportunity Statement:We are committed to creating an inclusive and equitable work environment for all employees.
