We are responsible for software and services that expand and enhance the capabilities of the FreeStyle Libre platform, the world’s #1 continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) solution.As a Senior Product Manager on the Partnerships & Cloud Team, you will build products that facilitate seamless data exchange and collaboration between Abbott and our provider, payer organizations, and commercial partners. This role gives you the opportunity to drive the product roadmap and execute on our data sharing strategy. You’ll play a crucial part in healthcare by inventing new ways to exchange data with partners and add value to their workflows while helping people with diabetes and their healthcare providers use data to drive better-informed decisions.What you’ll work onMaintain and advance the data sharing strategy and roadmapIdentify and prioritize unmet user needs, and translate them into product requirementsCollaborate with product designers and business teams to define the total user experienceCollaborate with software engineering to implement and test new features and/or productsContinually update stakeholders on product work as it unfoldsTrack usage analytics and the impact of launchesBecome a subject matter expert in customer, technology, and regulatory requirements related to healthcare data ingestion and transformationFoster an API-first mentality and execution approach across our organizationRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree with 4 years' experience or MBA with at least 2 years of related experiencePreferred QualificationsPrevious experience in the healthcare industry, especially delivering digital health productsExperience working with clinical professionals or with healthcare payer organizationsFamiliarity with the healthcare ecosystem, IT interoperability space, and Electronic Health Record systemsPrevious experience working directly with partners on data integrationsTechnical fluency – comfort understanding and discussing technology concepts, experience evaluating tradeoffs and new opportunities with technical team membersStrong writer, communicator, and presenter able to share progress and outcomes to executive leadershipCollaborative, able to drive alignment in a group of stakeholdersUnderstanding of delivering digital products in a regulated environmentThrives under pressure with tight deadlines on several initiatives simultaneouslyApply NowLearn more about our health and wellness benefits, which provide the security to help you and your family live full lives: your career aspirations to Abbott for diverse opportunities with a company that can help you build your future and live your best life.
