The CEO is responsible for articulating the company’s vision, ensuring operational excellence, fostering innovation, and driving business growth across all divisions. This role ensures that Enterprise Management delivers on its mission to strengthen health and human services organizations by providing high-quality back-office and consulting services.The CEO oversees executive leadership, establishes organizational priorities, secures strategic partnerships, and ensures financial sustainability. Additionally, the CEO directly oversees the company’s consulting services provided to external clients as outlined at /business-consulting.Scheduled Duties and ResponsibilitiesLead the vision, mission, and strategic planning process for Enterprise Management and its service divisionsEstablish and maintain strategic partnerships, funder relationships, and stakeholder engagement effortsEnsure successful execution of contractual obligations with affiliated companies and external clientsSupervise executive team members including the COO, CFO, CHRO, CTO, and CMORepresent the organization in high-level public, private, and governmental forumsOversee financial sustainability, revenue strategy, and long-term business developmentDrive innovation, quality, and expansion of consulting services for business clients (see /business-consulting)Lead new market entry, mergers, acquisitions, and organizational restructuring effortsMaintain compliance with all federal, state, and industry regulations impacting the company or its clientsDeliver high-level guidance to support operational efficiency, financial health, and client satisfaction across all service linesServe as chief liaison to the Board of Directors and provide timely, transparent reportingFoster a high-performing, inclusive organizational culture with a focus on mission impact and accountabilityUnscheduled Duties and ResponsibilitiesServe as spokesperson in public or crisis situations affecting the organizationNegotiate and execute service contracts, MOUs, and major agreements with clients and vendorsEngage in legislative or regulatory advocacy aligned with organizational missionProvide executive coaching or direct advisory services to C-suite clients or partner companiesFacilitate board development, strategic retreats, or cross-sector initiativesRepresent the organization in coalition work, regional planning bodies, or national conferencesCorporate Compliance Officer DutiesOverview: The Corporate Compliance Officer will possess the skills and experience necessary to identify potential issues within Advertising & Marketing. The Compliance Officer is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring the programs, policies, and practices that ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and accreditation standards.The Compliance Officer is expected to remain up to date on laws and regulations that may affect the organization’s policies and procedures. This position requires objectivity, independence from other agency departments, strong attention to detail, and familiarity with investigative protocols and formal reporting practices.Accountability: The Corporate Compliance Officer shall be accountable to the CEO and/or Board of Directors.Duties: The chief responsibilities of the Compliance Officer include planning, implementing, and monitoring the Corporate Compliance Program. This position is also responsible for coordinating internal and external compliance audit activities and ensuring consistent communication of expectations and results.The Corporate Compliance Officer will:Oversee and monitor the implementation of the Corporate Compliance ProgramConduct corporate compliance risk assessmentsReport regularly to the CEO and/or Board of Directors on compliance program progress and assist with developing improvement plansPeriodically revise and update the Compliance Program as neededReview and evaluate Standards of Conduct StatementsDevelop and implement a Compliance Training Plan for all staffOversee internal compliance review and monitoring activitiesInvestigate complaints and coordinate appropriate action plans with affected departmentsDevelop policies and practices that encourage staff to report suspected fraud or impropriety without fear of retaliationClearly communicate the objectives of the Compliance Program and track accomplishmentsAccess and review records related to compliance monitoring activities and document findingsMaintain a communication log for compliance-related inquiries and reportsCompile reports of calls received, investigations conducted, findings made, recommendations issued, actions taken, and progress achievedEstablish and communicate available reporting procedures and modes (e.g., email, online reporting tools, voice mail, suggestion box)Conduct periodic interviews with internal and external stakeholdersAnalyze program and service utilization patterns for irregularitiesConduct unannounced mock surveys, audits, inspections, and investigations to assess staff readiness and identify areas for corrective actionReevaluate previously identified deficiencies to confirm implementation of improvementsPresent written compliance evaluations and reports to the Compliance Committee, CEO, and/or Board of Directors at least annuallyPhysical DemandsProlonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computerOccasional lifting up to 25 poundsFrequent meetings via video or phone; occasional in-person site visitsWorking ConditionsOn-site or hybrid, with frequent off-site meetings and speaking engagementsHighly collaborative, mission-aligned, and growth-oriented environmentCompetencies and SkillsVisionary leadership with exceptional communication and strategic planning skillsDeep understanding of multi-entity management and back-office infrastructureProven success in business consulting, organizational development, and executive advisoryStrong financial acumen and experience with revenue strategy, funding streams, and budgetingExpertise in nonprofit and for-profit governance, compliance, and operational modelsHigh-level relationship management, negotiation, and public representation skillsExperience supporting regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, housing, behavioral health)Education / Training / QualificationsMaster’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Healthcare, or related field (required); doctorate preferred10+ years of senior leadership experience, with 5+ years as CEO, President, or Executive DirectorDemonstrated track record of organizational growth, consulting service delivery, and executive managementExperience serving complex, multi-site, or multi-industry environmentsCommitment to excellence, equity, innovation, and community impact #J-18808-Ljbffr
