You will play a pivotal role in the design and implementation of risk-based controls and ensure our firm’s client work and activities are complying with applicable requirements related to foreign influence, lobbying, political donations, pay-to-play, and PAC laws and regulations.You will engage with key stakeholders (e.g., Ethics & Compliance subject matter experts, Legal, Risk, and Internal Audit) to ensure appropriate reviews and due diligence are done to our firm’s third parties.You will deliver trainings on compliance programs and regulatory matters to ensure our firm is aware of compliance and regulatory requirements associated with the Government and Securities program.As a member of the Regulatory Programs team and E&C function, you will be expected to be a contributor and thought partner within the function, in addition to managing key organizational, operational, or strategic initiatives, as relevant.You will be required to engage in regionally focused initiatives, such as infusing our integrity agenda, under the direction and coordination of our regional E&C leaders, the purpose of which is to raise awareness of and further our firm’s E&C program, and other agreed-upon supporting activities in your region or location.Collaboration is a key aspect of this role. You will collaborate with cross-functional and senior stakeholder groups (e.g., Legal, Risk) across our firm in a timely and efficient manner on new, existing, or enhanced procedures, policies, or guidelines.Finally, you will play a critical role in sustaining and evolving our E&C program and upholding our commitment to integrity and lawful practices.Your qualifications and skillsAdvanced degree [JD] preferredExcellent organizational capabilities, including the ability to initiate tasks independently and see them through to completionProficient in rational decision making based on data, facts, and logical reasoningAbility to create work product-focused materials / outputsExceptional time management to meet your responsibilities in a complex and largely autonomous work environmentAbility to work in-person (team schedules and office locations may vary)Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and local office language(s), with the ability to adjust your style to suit different perspectives and seniority levels #J-18808-Ljbffr
