Building Engineer

Innopeak is seeking a Building Engineer to join our property management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining the building's systems to ensure they are in good working order, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and other related equipment.Key ResponsibilitiesVendor Management: Recommend and oversee vendors for maintaining the Project's systems, including HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, doors, access systems, FLS, lighting, and mechanical.Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for HVAC, mechanical/electrical equipment, building envelope, roof, windows, and other critical systems.Safety Procedures: Identify and address safety concerns in engineering workspaces, mechanical/electrical rooms, and common ventory Control: Manage tools and equipment inventory.Standards and Procedures: Propose and implement operational changes to optimize energy conservation and incorporate green products, with manager approval.Energy Saving: Monitor and evaluate energy consumption; recommend upgrades to improve efficiency.Equipment Maintenance & Warranties: Maintain equipment per manufacturer guidelines and liaise with manufacturers for data and literature to develop maintenance procedures.Reporting: Maintain logs for service, repair, and operations; advise management on optimal equipment care and nopeak is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
