They will lead needs assessment, initiative creation, and implementation, with a focus on driving enterprise-wide success and aligning people services with the organization's vision and objectives. Initiatives may include digital transformation efforts, team effectiveness, leadership development, technology/process changes, and teammate engagement as led by People Services.Strategic Change Leadership* Establish an innovation framework that drives breakthrough thinking and differentiates the teammate experience.* Drive multi-year change roadmaps through partnerships and collaboration across the technology people team.* Bring proven change architectures and best practices to help the technology team navigate change.* Enable teams and functions to manage their organizational change efforts, such as the AI journey, and large-scale transformations like data strategy, guiding leaders through management and execution of strategic organizational change programs.* Understand organization and change management issues, explain the factors involved, and shape organizational solutions to deliver value to the team.* Provide leadership coaching and development to IT Leaders, enabling them to lead their teams through organizational anization Development & Innovation* Gather insights to ensure change management plans meet the needs of the business and team.* Develop trusted relationships with key partnerships and internal customers.* Assess current and future state, collaborating with stakeholders to activate action plans that support desired end state.* Bring thought leadership in change management, adult learning, organization development, and neuroscience/psychology.Measurement, Analytics, and Value Realization* Evaluate performance against objectives and key results.* Establish and track key success metrics for change initiatives.* Design, implement, and analyze feedback mechanisms (e.g., surveys, focus groups, interviews) to assess opportunity and impact.* Analyze data to measure adoption, identify risks, and inform strategy adjustments.* Create reports and dashboards to communicate progress to stakeholders.* Develop business cases for new initiatives, create frameworks for measuring success and return on investment (ROI), and track/improve satisfaction and adoption.Leadership, Communication, and Presentation* Guide cross-organizational direction. Communicate a compelling message and guide groups to discovery and action.* Presentation and activity design to achieve a desired outcome with a group, such as team building, communication skills, conflict management, team identity, and change navigation.* Present strategies and roadmaps to executive leadership, mentor direct and indirect teammates, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.Program & Portfolio Management* Manage cross-portfolio OKRs to drive enterprise-wide success.* Orchestrate the logistics, participants, messaging, and outcomes of high-profile initiatives.* Initiative creation and implementation to support teammate engagement, growth and development, and positive teammate experience.* Ensure effective deliverable and deadline management, collaborating across teams as needed.Other Duties As AssignedAt DaVita, we strive to be a community first and a company second.
