In addition, this role will recruit, hire, train, measure and manage their team to deliver all S&P requirements.*Key tasks include:** Manage team members to deliver an end-to-end solution through the sales and transitions process* Measure and monitor team performance* Prioritize tasks to deliver based on new business pipeline* Coach, mentor, and train team members* Continuous improvement mindset to stay cutting-edge and forward thinking* Ownership of relationships with sales leaders* Risk management and mitigation during the Pursuits and Transition phases* Engage and leverage Sourcing & Procurement Platform and Key Stakeholders for support in developing a Sourcing Program* Establish relationship with Corporate Legal & Risk to ensure all contractual terms are compliant* Ability to innovate new programs or processes that will benefit our Client and JLL in winning and solutioning new business for JLL* Excellent inter-personal skills, organization skills, strong analytical ability, proven ability to lead and develop teams* High-level of business and commercial acumen* Strong oral and written communication skills, including public speaking* Expertise in sourcing with demonstrated ability to manage change and client anxiety* Risk management and mitigation skills* Complex negotiation skills* Proven ability to deliver results in challenging environments* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills* High level of organization and project management skills; including time management for balancing multiple deadlines* Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS Office applications* Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university and 10+ years strategic sourcing and/or sales solution development related experience; MBA preferred**Estimated compensation for this position:**180,000.00 – 190,000.00 USD per year*This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ.
