Role Role - Senior Full-stack Engineer Location - Remote (US) Required Tech Stack - TypeScript, React, Next.js, MySQL, Cloud infra Compensation - $180k - $200k + Equity (Competitive) YOE - 3+ years Responsibilities Build and scale the next generation of AI-powered tools. Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to shape architecture and deliver seamless experiences. Make a direct impact by enabling product teams to ship faster and drive innovation at scale. Requirements Extensive full-stack development experience, ideally in a tech startup or growth-stage company. Expertise in TypeScript for both frontend and backend projects. Proven experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React and Next.js. Strong understanding of modern web architecture, RESTful APIs, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or similar). Experience in designing scalable, maintainable systems using MySQL, Redis, and OpenSearch (or similar). Proficiency in writing high-quality, testable code with familiarity in modern testing frameworks. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced remote environment with a bias for action. Excellent communication skills to discuss trade-offs, make decisions, and collaborate cross-functionally. Bonus: Experience with LLMs, data-intensive applications, or DevOps practices.
