OverviewWe’re partnering with a growing SaaS company looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to join their team. This is a fully remote role reporting to the Corporate Controller. You will manage daily accounting operations and the monthly close, serving as a trusted right hand to the Controller while mentoring a growing team. What You’ll DoLead accounting close activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysisOversee daily accounting operations with a focus on payroll, cash management, accounts payable, and operating expensesSupervise and mentor a team of 2 accountants, with plans to expand the group in the near futureReview and improve accounting processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiencyManage vendor, payroll, and banking relationships while supporting external audit requestsEnsure compliance with US GAAP and tax regulations (payroll, income, property, and local taxes)What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required5+ years of progressive accounting experience (public/private mix strongly preferred; SaaS-only private experience will be considered)Strong understanding of US GAAP (ASC 606, ASC 842, ASC 805, ASC 718)CPA strongly preferredExcellent communication skills and a collaborative, respectful leadership style — cultural fit is criticalStrong systems skills (Intacct and Nexonia a plus; advanced Excel expected)Bonus: 15% target, paid quarterly and tied to company sales performanceHow to ApplyIf you are interested, please apply here or email Chris Nappi at DetailsSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Accounting/AuditingIndustries: Staffing and RecruitingWe’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
