We offer relocation assistance.We are currently seeking an Executive Director (Administrator) in the Los Angeles area.ResponsibilitiesUnderstand and practice the mission, principles, and values of SilveradoOrganize and direct all services and functions of the Silverado Hospice program and work with the Director of Patient Care Services to ensure effective management of the Interdisciplinary TeamMaintain and evaluate Silverado Hospice program in compliance with applicable laws and regulationsDevelop, coordinate and monitor the annual program budgetMaintain written service agreements with other approved providers for services necessary to meet the needs of the patient and familyQualificationsBachelors Degree or Masters Degree in Healthcare or Administration is preferredCertificate in Hospice Management is preferredPreferred two to five years of experience functioning as an Administrator or Executive Director for a Hospice providerThis role requires a valid driver’s license and a good driving record as a condition of employment. Associates must comply with all state and federal driving regulationsAssociates in roles requiring driving are responsible for maintaining a valid and active driver’s license.
