This leader will support and inspire dynamic teams, foster exceptional customer experiences, and drive sales to achieve business goals. They will embody ThirdLove’s values while ensuring operational excellence and a welcoming store environment. As a key part of the leadership team, they will also collaborate on store-driven initiatives with the HQ team and act as the Store Manager in their absence.What You Will Own And How You Will Make A DifferenceInspire and coach a team to deliver exceptional in-store experiences and foster a positive, high-energy environment.Partner with the Store Manager to develop and execute strategies that drive sales and customer engagement.Support recruiting efforts to attract top talent for Sales Associate roles, ensuring timely onboarding and development.Ensure operational excellence by overseeing tasks such as inventory management, visual merchandising, and seamless customer support, including resolving product inquiries and aftercare.Plan and execute in-store events and marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, and sales growth.Stay agile and adaptable, learning and leveraging new technologies and systems like Shopify, Slack, and Google Workspace to optimize performance.Collaborate on scheduling and payroll management to meet business needs effectively.Maintain flexibility in scheduling, including availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and a consistent 40-hour workweek.Who You AreSales & Profitability: Assist in achieving store sales goals, maximizing KPIs, and fostering customer loyalty to drive profitability.Team Leadership: Directly oversee and coach Sales Associates and Supervisors, with indirect responsibility for all store staff. Build and maintain a high-performing team that aligns with company values.Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and implementing technology or process improvements.Budget Management: Contribute to payroll and scheduling oversight to align staffing with business needs while managing costs effectively.Customer Experience: Maintain a strong focus on delivering an exceptional omnichannel customer experience, ensuring the store reflects ThirdLove's standards.Event Execution: Plan and execute marketing initiatives and in-store events to increase traffic and customer engagement.You HaveMinimum 1 year in a retail leadership roleExperience and proficiency with mobile retail technologiesA focus on delivering the very best in Customer ExperienceAn entrepreneurial spirit and a go-getter attitudeAbility to adapt and deal with ambiguityConfidence in making effective, autonomous, and group decisions in a timely mannerRepresent the brand accordinglyMust be flexible with working varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidaysStrong written and verbal skillsThirdLove Offers YouFlex time offDiscounted and free productsDiversityThirdLove is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity at the company.
