Endpoint is headquartered in Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina with offices across the United States, Europe, and Asia.Position OverviewThe Senior Director, Business Development will focus on identifying, developing and winning U.S. business opportunities.This role offers base salary as well as 100% commission. Remote position but hiring in Boston location strongly preferred.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for selling clinical trials software (IVR/IWR) to pharmaceutical and biotech companiesAchieving company sales goalsEstablish and maintain client relationships while prospecting for new opportunitiesEducate customers on the value of a new software platformMaintain accurate records and log all activities in our sales force automation systemCommunicate weekly activities and coordinate sales pipeline with sales leadershipPrepare and deliver presentations to clients about the endpoint platformGenerate quotes and proposals using available templatesParticipate in various trade shows and conferencesAssist in the creation of new sales plans and strategiesEducationBachelor/'s degree or equivalent and/or appropriate experienceExperience5-7 years IVR/IWR or pharmaceutical services related sales experienceProven track record of success in Business to Business Software salesAbility to understand and communicate technical conceptsProven ability to work independently as well as in a sales team anized with methodical approach for prospectingExcellent oral and written communication skillsSkillsStrong attention to detailExcellent organizational and time management skillsGood communication skillsAttentive listening skillsCompensation: $120,000 - $150,000 a yearBenefitsAll job offers will be based on a candidate’s location, skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
