In this role, you'll work directly with leading researchers, build strategic partnerships with major institutions, and shape how thousands of scientists experience AI-enhanced discovery. You'll be at the center of a technological revolution that's changing how scientific breakthroughs happen, with the opportunity to influence product development while building relationships that advance human knowledge.ResponsibilitiesBuild meaningful relationships with researchers and academic leaders, becoming their trusted advocate and primary point of contact for scientific needsCreate seamless onboarding experiences that help scientists discover the full potential of AI-assisted research methodologiesPartner with product teams to translate scientific feedback into platform improvements and new research capabilitiesDevelop educational content, workshops, and resources that demonstrate the transformative power of human-AI collaboration in researchEstablish strategic partnerships with universities, research institutions, and scientific organizations to drive platform adoptionLead scientific community initiatives and events that showcase breakthrough research enabled by our technologyAnalyze research outcomes and scientist behavior to identify opportunities for product enhancement and scientific community growthQualificationsStrong background in relationship building with technical or scientific audiences, ideally including experience in academic or research settings3+ years experience in scientific partnerships, researcher relations, academic collaboration, or related fields working directly with scientific communitiesExcellent communication skills with ability to understand complex scientific concepts and explain AI applications to researchers across disciplinesDeep interest in scientific discovery and innovation with understanding of how AI can enhance research methodologiesBachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree in any scientific field strongly preferredExperience with research feedback processes, scientist user research, or cross-functional collaboration with technical teams preferredCompensationCompetitive compensation, equity, and benefitsCollaborate in building a thoughtful, mission-driven team culture focused on scientific discoveryFrequent team events, dinners, off-sites, and gatheringsCompensation packages are highly variable based on experience, expertise, and contribution potential.
