OverviewTurning Point Global Solutions LLC (TurningPoint) is seeking a Service Delivery Manager with experience in government telecom support to manage one or more clients within a large-scale federal wireless telecom management program. The program is an IDIQ contract type, funded through multiple task orders. The DPM ensures project objectives are achieved on time, within scope, and in compliance with applicable federal guidelines and agency-specific requirements.Location: TurningPoint headquarters in Rockville, MD with on-site visits to customers and hybrid options available.What You’ll DoManaging the entire lifecycle of wireless telecom delivery and management, from ordering and provisioning to disposition, including financial and contractual managementCollaborating with federal stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to define and execute on project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource needsMonitoring and controlling project performance to ensure alignment with scope, cost, and schedule baselinesSupporting the coordination of change control processes and configuration managementCommunicating project status, risks, and issues to program leadership and client stakeholders through regular briefings and written reportsFacilitating meetings, technical reviews, and working groups with cross-functional teamsLeading and mentoring junior project team members as neededWhat We’re Looking ForRequired Skills and QualificationsMinimum of five (5) years of related work experience (government telecom), with at least 3 years supporting federal telecom expense management programsBachelor's degree, or certificate, in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Engineering, Business, or a related fieldExperience in a government contracting environment with an understanding of federal wireless operationsExperience with project management, including planning, scheduling, and cost trackingAbility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret or Top Secret Security ClearancePreferred Skills and QualificationsKnowledge of telecom lifecycle management and Telecom Expense Management (TEMS)Demonstrated success managing complex projects in a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholdersExperience working with or supporting the Department of Homeland Security (DHS)PMP certification or equivalent project management credentialsWhat’s In It For You?Competitive salary with annual performance bonuses and annual merit increasesComprehensive health benefits fully funded by the company for employees401(k) retirement plan with company matchPaid time off plus holidaysProfessional development opportunitiesA collaborative and inclusive work cultureIn compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $95,000 to $116,000.
