This is not a typical developer role. You will embed AI into how we analyze code, accelerate testing, and deploy solutions, fundamentally transforming how we deliver value to the this role, you will collaborate with architects and Business Systems Analysts (BSAs) to translate business requirements into technical reality, owning the design and development of our next-generation solutions on SAP S/4HANA.Your ImpactDesign & Architect AI Solutions: Lead the design and development of intelligent AI agents to automate and optimize processes within our core SAP modules, including Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), Materials Management (MM), and Revenue.Lead SAP Development: Own the technical design and implementation of RICEW objects, custom integrations, and extensions using ABAP, BAPIs, BADIs, and modern APIs. You will ensure our solutions are scalable, resilient, and built on industry best practices.Drive Engineering Excellence: Champion the optimization of our software delivery practices, bringing greater agility and efficiency to the development process for continuous product delivery.Collaborate & Influence: Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, BSAs, and technical colleagues to create consensus and a clear strategic vision. You will mentor junior engineers and serve as a subject matter expert.Ensure System Integrity: Monitor system performance, proactively resolve issues, and conduct regular data quality audits to ensure the stability and reliability of our SAP environment.QualificationsYour Experience8+ years of total experience with a mandatory BE/B.Tech degree in Engineering or equivalent military experience.6+ years of deep, hands-on experience developing scalable, resilient systems on the SAP S/4HANA platform.Proven track record of delivering multiple end-to-end projects in SAP SD and SAP FI, with a strong functional understanding of O2C and R2R processes.Experience in a multi-stack integration landscape using tools like Snaplogic, SAP PI, and REST APIs.Demonstrated expertise in the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.AI & Technical ProficienciesPractical experience applying AI/ML models to solve real-world business problems.Expert-level proficiency in Python and familiarity with common AI/ML libraries and frameworks.Strong programming skills in ABAP, Fiori (UI5), RAP, OData Services, and fort building high-performance, highly available, and scalable distributed systems.Key AttributesA proactive, self-motivated, and customer-centric mindset with an unwavering focus on quality.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a talent for creating innovative technical solutions to complex challenges.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Preferred QualificationsSAP Certified Technical SpecialistAdditional SAP certifications are a plus.Additional InformationThe TeamWorking at a high-tech cybersecurity company within Information Technology is a once in a lifetime opportunity.
