Technical Delivery Manager - Mobile

OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of our globally deployed mobile applications. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional digital experiences. You will work cross-functionally with stakeholders, developers, designers, and product teams to ensure timely, high-quality, and scalable delivery of customer-facing digital products. JOB DUTIESDefine and execute a unified digital strategy for mobile applications.Drive product development from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.Provide architectural guidance for mobile applications in alignment with overall architecture.Review and contribute to code to ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability.Ensure adherence to best practices in UX, accessibility, API performance, and security.Translate business needs into actionable technical plans and requirements.Identify and mitigate risks early, resolving blockers to ensure smooth delivery.Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.Collaborate with UX, marketing, and development partners to prioritize features and enhancements.Ensure alignment of business and technical goals through clear communication and documentation.Monitor performance metrics and proactively seek improvements.You Must Have5+ years of experience in mobile app and/or web development and delivery.Proven experience managing cross-platform digital projects.Proficiency in mobile frameworks (iOS/Android), front-end and back-end web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js).We ValueExperience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and DevOps workflows.Agile, Scrum, or PMP certification.Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics) and A/B testing platforms.Passion for UX and customer-centric design.Prior experience in code level development of web applications.What’s In It For YouLife and health insurance.Life assistance program.Accidental death and dismemberment insurance.Disability insurance.Retirement plan (Immediate eligibility for 401K).Vacation and holidays.
