OverviewDirector of Network Security role focused on developing, implementing, and managing Raftrx’s network security strategy to protect the organization’s infrastructure, data, and digital assets. Ensures confidentiality, integrity, and availability of network systems while aligning security initiatives with business objectives and compliance requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership - Define and execute the enterprise network security strategy in alignment with Raftrx’s business goals. - Lead risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for network work Security Operations - Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure network architectures (LAN, WAN, VPN, cloud). - Manage firewalls, IDS/IPS, and other security appliances to ensure optimal performance and compliance. - Monitor network traffic for anomalies and respond to security incidents promptly.Policy & Compliance - Develop and enforce network security policies, standards, and procedures. - Ensure compliance with SOC 1 Type 2, ISO 27001, NIST, and other relevant frameworks. - Lead and mentor a team of network security engineers and analysts. - Coordinate with IT, DevOps, and business units to integrate security into all network operations. - Evaluate and manage relationships with security vendors and service providers. - Stay current on emerging threats, technologies, and best cident Response & Business Continuity - Direct incident response for network-related breaches and coordinate forensic investigations. - Develop and test disaster recovery and business continuity plans for network systems.Reporting - Provide regular reports to executive leadership on network security posture, risks, and remediation efforts.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field (Master’s preferred).Experience: 10+ years in IT security with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on network security.Certifications: CCNP Security, CCIE Security, or equivalent. A plus, but not required.Technical Skills: Expertise in firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and cloud security (AWS, Azure). Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and network protocols.Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning abilities.Key Performance IndicatorsReduction in network-related security incidents.Mean Time to Detect (MTTD) and Mean Time to Respond (MTTR) for network threats.Employee security awareness and adherence to policies. #J-18808-Ljbffr
