OverviewSoftware Engineering Manager - AI at Harnham, Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area. This role is a hands-on leadership position within an AI-driven product engineering team building an AI-powered search platform for legal professionals. The role is based in the Twin Cities, Minnesota, with a hybrid working model.Base pay range provided: $180,000.00/yr - $220,000.00/yr.The RoleA growing AI-driven product engineering team is seeking an experienced Software Development Manager to help shape the future of legal technology. This team is building an AI-powered search platform that enables lawyers to form stronger opinions on their cases, transforming the way legal professionals approach research and decision-making.This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll serve as both a player-coach and technical lead. You’ll inherit and manage a team of 4–8 engineers, drive the delivery of highly scalable applications, and collaborate closely with stakeholders across product, design, and the wider business.
