Sr. Data Architect

Overview Join our team as a Senior Data Architect and lead the design and management of innovative Data Architectural solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with various teams to drive data excellence. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive data governance policies and procedures. Collaborate with ETL, Replication, and DBA teams to establish best practices for data transformation and movement. Mentor and guide Data Architects and Analysts in database design and data management best practices. Design and manage solutions for Data Warehouse, ODS, and Data Management initiatives. Create a strategic roadmap for Master Data Management (MDM) implementation and oversee its execution. Document architectural rules and ensure adherence to best practices in MDM processes. Skills & Qualifications Over five years of experience in Data Architecture, including OLTP, Data Warehouse, and Big Data. Extensive experience in Solution Architecture and Master Data Management. Proven expertise in Data Governance and best practices. Strong communication skills and ability to present to varied audiences. Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a team environment. Preferred Skills Advanced knowledge of data movement and processing technologies such as Middleware, ETL, and API. Experience in creating and maintaining Data Standardization definitions and Data Lineage.
