OverviewAlternative Investment Reconciliation Business Analyst, OfficerThe ideal candidate is experienced in Private Markets Accounting with a background in Reconciliation. The individual will join the Product SME team managing the evolution of the AIS Reconciliation platform. Candidate will have a mix of business and technology knowledge and will implement a controlled reconciliation operational model with suitable governance — building scale and standardization in our reconciliations.What You Will Be Responsible ForBe part of a team with responsibility for liaising with the relevant business teams to define detailed requirements, perform detailed analysis of these requirements and work alongside the technical resources to configure, test and deploy recons during the conversion phasePerform onboarding and continual improvement of reconciliations post conversionContribute to a strong control environment ensuring good governance over recon processWhat We ValueStrong critical thinking, problem solving, communication, and decision making skillsAbility to work on own initiative as well as follow directionsCompetency with complex formulas and data analysisEducation & Preferred Qualifications3-5 years of Private Equity or Private Credit Accounting experienceProficient in Microsoft ExcelExperience with the FIS Investran productExperience with the EZOPS ARO productSalary Range$65,000 - $102,500 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified.
