OverviewPosition Overview: Seeking a professional and dynamic IR Coordinator / Executive Assistant to Head of Investor Relations (+ light support to team of 4) at a confidential finance firm. Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment, have investor-facing experience, and handle sensitive information with discretion.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Head of IR and IR team throughout fundraising processes for flagship funds and co-investments, including scheduling, preparation, research, and ad hoc requests.Manage and maintain the firm’s CRM platform, ensuring contact details, meeting notes, and investor activity are up to date.Coordinate logistics for investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows, including both domestic and international travel.Lead planning and execution of investor events, including the annual meeting and other networking opportunities.Serve as a professional point of contact for existing and prospective investors, both via email and in-person interactions.Assist with meeting preparation, guest reception, and coordination of on-site investor visits.Handle incoming IR-related calls and correspondence with accuracy and discretion.Prepare and track monthly expense reports and follow up on outstanding items.Maintain IR team contact lists and databases.Manage sensitive matters with confidentiality and sound judgment.Balance multiple priorities effectively and drive projects to completion.Take on additional projects as needed to support team and firm initiatives.Qualifications3+ years of relevant professional experience in an administrative, coordinator, or investor relations support role (financial services or private equity experience preferred).Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); prior experience with CRM systems strongly preferred.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.Self-starter with a proactive approach and strong sense of ownership.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.Strong judgment, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential information.Ability to work in the firm’s New York office five days a pensationBase: $110K - $120K + bonusFull-time, in-office (4-5 days/week).Location: New York, NY #J-18808-Ljbffr
