Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range$150,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yrLocation: 100% RemoteHiring Attorneys – Multiple Practice Areas | Apply NowTitle: Director of Audit and Quality Assurance (Tax)Duration: Full-timeAbout the client:Our client is focused on helping businesses by identifying, securing, and managing various tax credits and incentives.ResponsibilitiesEnsure all duties are performed in alignment with company standards, best practices, SOPs, policies, and relevant employment laws.Manage and monitor workflows and provide support, training, and techniques to assist staff in achieving department daily/weekly/monthly goals and standards.Encourage positive morale, maintain harmony among staff, and assist in resolving grievances or escalating them to upper management when necessary.QualificationsMinimum 3-5 years of relevant tax experience.Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize, plan, and organize activities.Ability to provide excellent customer service, including patience, a friendly attitude, empathy towards internal/external stakeholders, and the appropriate sense of urgency.Salary and Other CompensationThe annual salary for this position is between $150,000-$200,000 annually, plus bonus.
