Base pay range$135,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yrOverviewKforce has a client that is seeking a VP of Finance in Tampa, FL. Duties include:Lead and manage the finance and accounting functions for the organization, with a focus on accuracy, transparency, and complianceDevelop and maintain financial reports and dashboards, ensuring analysis of multiple revenue streamsOversee daily financial transactions and internal controls to maintain financial integrityManage reconciliation processes and period-end closingsLead the annual budgeting process and conduct ongoing financial performance reviewsDirect accounting functions including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)Manage loan draw processes and funding activitiesOversee and support administrative and financial systems, including R365, Excel, Zoho, Jolt, and Power BIMaintain and manage product configuration and system functionalityEnsure alignment with executive leadership, including regular engagement with the COO for workload reviews, strategic planning, and performance assessmentsQualificationsPrior experience in the hospitality industry is requiredDemonstrated ability to lead and manage a small teamStrong analytical skills and experience building financial reportsProficient in financial and operational platforms: R365, Excel, Zoho, Jolt, and Power BIExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work collaboratively with senior leadership and adapt to evolving prioritiesComfortable in a role split approximately 60% finance, 40% accountingThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
