About the RoleSenior Manager – Paid Social: Performance (Remote) • Denver United StatesThe Senior Manager – Paid Social role is a team lead role meant for a paid social advertising wizard who loves coaching digital marketers, assisting on strategy & account management and directly managing larger digital ad accounts. You’ll be working at the intersection of online advertising execution and fast start up growth with a fast-growing agency that is hyper-focused on client performance and ROI. You should be confident in your ability to drive improvements in account performance, but also to manage and develop some of our awesome talent.ResponsibilitiesClient & Team Revenue OversightServe as the main point of contact and client team lead for our biggest clientsManage a team of 1-2 Account Managers and Sr. Account ManagersRevenue & retention responsibilities for team accountsParticipate in onboardings, renewal calls, and other important client communicationsDrive overall account strategy, forecasting, and planningAnalyze performance data and KPIsCreate and deliver quarterly performance reviews for your direct reportsRun weekly team meetings to track progress toward client & team goalsMaintain excellent standards and quality of serviceThink creatively to develop innovative tactics and strategies that drive resultsContribute to projects, process changes, and roll-outsAssist with and run advanced trainings on new features and servicesCreate best practices, and assist in developing process documentsAbout YouThe essentials4+ years of direct paid social client management including Facebook and LinkedIn advertising strategy development, execution & client relationship management1+ year in a supervisory role directly managing other digital marketing professionalsExperience presenting digital marketing strategy to C-Suite and executive audiencesPassion for crunching numbers, analyzing data in Google Analytics or Facebook Business Manager, and navigating Excel spreadsheetsYou are a communication guru when presenting digital marketing strategy to executive audiencesYou frequently find yourself stepping into leadership roles and want those around you to succeedNot afraid to get in the weeds, but still able to see the trees, forest, and ecosystem‘Driven’ and ‘Innovative’ are attributes commonly associated with you4-year college degree or equivalent work experienceNot a must, but a plusDirectly managed paid search or social budgets of $100,000+ in monthly ad spendExposure to paid search, paid social, display and remarketing effortsComfortable optimizing toward back-end metrics from a CRM such as SalesforceAt Monks, we believe in fostering an environment where a diversity of perspectives can thrive.
