We offer a dynamic hybrid work environment and a culture that values collaboration, agility, and continuous improvement.Position SummaryThe Corporate Controller will lead the accounting and financial reporting functions, reporting directly to the CFO. This role is ideal for a seasoned finance leader with experience in public company environments, consolidations, and ERP implementations. The position offers a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite) and is a key leadership role in our finance organization.Key ResponsibilitiesLead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across multiple entities.Manage financial consolidations, including integration of newly acquired companies.Ensure compliance with US GAAP and maintain strong internal controls.Oversee external audits and tax coordination.Partner with FP&A on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.Drive automation and process improvements across accounting operations.Lead ERP implementation and optimization efforts across finance systems.Build and mentor a high-performing accounting team.Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred.10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including prior Controller role.Experience in public company reporting and audit processes.Proven track record in consolidating small to mid-sized companies.Hands-on experience leading ERP implementations (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle).Strong understanding of internal controls, GAAP, and financial systems.Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.Highly competitive base salary with performance-based bonus.Hybrid work environment (3 days onsite in Oak Brook).Premium health insurance including Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) with multiple plan options.401(k) with generous company match and immediate vesting.Unlimited PTO and paid holidays.3+ weeks vacation to start, with additional accrual based on tenure.Annual wellness stipend, commuter benefits, and professional development support.We’re not including distracting outside content, alerts, or unrelated job board snippets in this refined description. #J-18808-Ljbffr
