Looking for an Associate General Counsel to join our dynamic legal team and help shape the future of our real estate operations. What You/'ll Do: As the Associate General Counsel, you/'ll work closely with business leaders to provide strategic legal counsel across a wide range of commercial real estate transactions. You/'ll play a key role in structuring, originating, and securitizing deals, while also overseeing environmental compliance and advising on entity formation and project financing. Key Responsibilities: Review and prepare legal documents, reports, and correspondence. Lead environmental practice oversight and ensure regulatory compliance. Strong knowledge of capital markets, including debt and equity financing. Bonus Points If You Have: Deep experience in tenant leasing and partnership formation (joint ventures, private funds).
