That vision isn’t possible without passionate, dedicated, and driven people on our team who are just as excited about our customer-centric approach as we are.What You/'ll Do:Build Our Growth EngineCreate and run marketing campaigns that actually move the needle on customer acquisitionSet up A/B tests and experiments to figure out what works (and what doesn’t)Use data to predict which leads are most likely to become happy customersPartner with our product team to make sure new users stick around and love TeamSupportRun Smart CampaignsLaunch targeted campaigns across all our marketing channelsBuild email sequences and automation that guide prospects through their journeyOptimize our free trial experience to convert more users to paid plansCreate campaigns that help existing customers expand their usageMeasure What MattersTrack the metrics that actually matter: customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, conversion ratesBuild dashboards so everyone can see how we/'re performingUse analytics to spot opportunities and optimize our marketing spendFigure out which marketing activities are driving real revenueWork Cross-FunctionallyTeam up with sales to make sure we/'re sending them qualified leadsCollaborate with the product to improve user onboarding and feature adoptionWork with customer success to reduce churn and drive expansionStay on top of new marketing tools and AI technologies that could help us grow fasterDay-to-Day:Develop and execute strategic marketing plans that align with company goals and revenue targets.Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team to drive execution and results.Oversee campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous optimization.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create compelling content and marketing assets.Analyze data to measure marketing effectiveness and inform future strategies.Stay ahead of industry trends and implement best practices to drive demand and lead generation.Experience5-8 years of growth marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaSTrack record of meaningfully growing key business metricsExperience with customer support or service software is a plusSkillsComfortable with marketing tools like HubSpot, SFDC, Google Analytics and curiosity about AI native tools like Clay, Tofu, Jasper, and moreExperience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimizationKnowledge of paid advertising, email marketing, and content marketingPersonalityYou love digging into data to understand what/'s workingYou/'re comfortable with ambiguity and moving fastYou can explain complex ideas in simple termsYou enjoy collaborating with different teamsNice to HaveExperience with AI-powered marketing toolsBackground in customer support or service softwarePrevious experience at a growing SaaS companyReady to shape the future of our marketing efforts?
