The company is partnering with AI/Biotech leaders and onboarding Tier1 talent from Meta, Google, and top AI + Bio organizations. They are hiring at a time of rapid growth with a 45+ headcount and aim to match or better FAANG packages.Responsibilities:Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company goals and growth objectives.Lead end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, events, and content.Drive SEO strategy, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and backlink strategy.Collaborate with PR agencies to craft compelling narratives and secure media coverage.Partner with technical writers and subject matter experts to produce in-depth blogs, whitepapers, and case anize and manage participation in conferences, webinars, and industry events.Partner with engineering, product, business development, and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with company priorities.Provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.Qualifications:7+ years of marketing experience in tech companies, ideally AI, tech, and biotech.Proven ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, shifting between big-picture thinking and detailed implementation.Demonstrated success in designing and executing cohesive, multi-channel marketing campaigns.Strong storytelling skills; ability to translate complex AI/technology concepts into clear narratives.Experience collaborating with PR agencies and managing media relations, press cycles, and thought leadership.Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills.Passion for AI, technology, and innovation; ability to excel in fast-paced environments.Experience with Cloudflare (DNS, caching, SSL, firewall management).Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (nice to have).Remote work flexibility with 52 remote days per year.Opportunities for career growth and leadership terested in applying?
