We are a small team that loves solving problems and pushing boundaries.About the Role: We’re looking for an email marketing executive responsible for writing email content, managing stakeholders, executing campaigns, and utilizing basic design skills with Figma.ResponsibilitiesEmail content creation: Write engaging content for email campaigns; collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine email messaging.Execution: Create email briefs for designers that are visually appealing and on-brand; execute email campaigns using Leadsquared; test and ensure emails are mobile-friendly and follow best practices for deliverability.Stakeholder management: Coordinate with the marketing team to gather content, feedback, and approvals; maintain clear and timely communication with team members and other departments.Performance tracking and analysis: Monitor email campaign performance and analyze key metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions).QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Proven 2+ years of experience in email marketing.Basic design skills and proficiency with Figma or similar tools.Familiarity with Leadsquared.Strong organizational and project management skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; attention to detail and commitment to quality.Preferred SkillsFamiliarity with any of Salesforce, NetCore, or HubSpot.Analytical skills to interpret email performance data.Additional InformationBasic knowledge of HTML / CSS.J-18808-Ljbffr #J-18808-Ljbffr
