Associate Director, HCC Marketing – Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC)The Associate Director, HCC Marketing will drive the launch and develop and execute brand strategies to drive the success of OPDIVO+YERVOY in HCC. The role uses data and insights to assess market potential, identify opportunities and barriers, translate insights into an ambitious strategy, develop HCP resources, and execute tactical plans with cross-functional partners.ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to maximize commercial success.Contribute to brand positioning, messaging, and customer segmentation to strengthen competitive differentiation.Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of lifecycle strategies.Plan market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.Monitor competitive market and recommend strategic responses.Leverage data analytics and customer insights to optimize brand strategy and execution.Collaborate with sales, market access, regulatory, and medical affairs teams to align marketing initiatives with broader commercial goals.Support the development of field materials, training programs, and digital marketing campaigns.Engage with external partners, including agencies and vendors, to ensure high-quality execution of programs.Track KPIs and analyze marketing effectiveness; provide business insights and recommendations to leadership.Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient execution of marketing initiatives.Key Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor's degree in marketing, business, life sciences, or related field (MBA preferred).Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, brand management, or lifecycle management (oncology experience is an asset).Strong analytical skills with ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.Experience in hematology or oncology pharmaceutical marketing.Familiarity with digital marketing trends, omnichannel engagement, and customer-centric strategies.Experience in utilizing primary and secondary market research to inform strategy.Strong financial acumen with experience in budget pensation and BenefitsThe compensation range for this role includes base salary and may include incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility).
