KPMG LLP is currently seeking an Associate Director, Advisory Finance Consulting Services Marketing to join our Clients and Markets organization.ResponsibilitiesDirect the execution and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital media, social media, events, newsletters, webcasts, podcasts and other contentProject manage multiple marketing programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of qualityDefine key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness and business impact of marketing campaigns; report on key findings to marketing, as well as business leadershipAnalyze campaign performance data to derive insights and optimize strategies in partnership with internal agency and external vendorsServe as a strategic advisor to business leaders on all aspects of marketingFoster strong relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including communications, marketing operations, alliance teams, analyst relations, and industryProvide directions to on- and offshore support teams for activation and event executionAct with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG’s respectful and courteous work environmentQualificationsMinimum ten years of recent experience in integrated marketing; experience within a professional services firm or a large enterprise technology / software company is preferredMaster's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; minimum of a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is requiredExperience with marketing automation tools like Optimizely, and CRM platforms (such as Salesforce) is preferred; proven ability to think strategically, develop innovative marketing plans, and translate business objectives into impactful marketing programsStrong program leadership and project management capabilities, with experience managing complex campaigns and budgets; ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives, effectively influencing decision-making and aligning marketing initiatives with organizational goalsDeep understanding of campaign planning, digital marketing, content strategy, and marketing analytics; proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is adept at navigating a complex organizational structureExcellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive projects to completionMust be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the futureKPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity.
