If you’re ready to make a meaningful impact and work alongside passionate professionals, we’d love to meet you.Why Red Roof?A trusted brand with a strong national presenceA culture that values innovation, collaboration, and excellenceThe opportunity to lead transformative initiatives that drive growth and guest satisfactionDuties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy that aligns with Red Roof’s growth objectives.Lead cross-functional teams in sales, marketing, revenue management, and distribution services.Collaborate with executive leadership to integrate commercial goals with broader business strategy.Oversee strategic pricing, distribution, and channel management to maximize revenue.Lead brand marketing, digital campaigns, and social media tegrate data-driven insights into sales and marketing efforts to improve ROI.Partner with the Head of Technology to align IT initiatives with commercial objectives.Champion the adoption of digital tools for CRM, revenue management, marketing automation, and franchisee support.Oversee the implementation of data analytics platforms to enhance decision-making and performance tracking.Drive innovation in guest-facing technologies, including mobile apps, booking engines, and loyalty platforms.Establish KPIs and dashboards to monitor commercial performance across the portfolio.Use predictive analytics and AI tools to forecast trends and identify growth opportunities.Present regular performance reports to the board and stakeholders.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or Information Technology (MBA or MS in Information Systems preferred).10+ years of senior leadership experience in hospitality, franchising, or commercial strategy.Proven experience integrating IT systems into commercial operations.Strong understanding of hotel operations, brand management, and digital distribution.Experience with CRM, ERP, and data analytics platforms.Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
