OverviewAs the Director of Consumer Sales, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our customer-focused strategy. You will lead efforts to drive sales growth and ensure every customer interaction reflects excellence, creating a seamless and engaging experience throughout their journey with our company.ResponsibilitiesRetail Distribution – Manage inventory, vendor partnerships, product placement, and logistics to deliver timely, effective solutions to retail side Sales – Lead a team handling customer inquiries, qualifying leads, preparing proposals, and achieving sales targets through consistent customer engagement.Solar Design Sales – Guide the team that consults with customers, develops system designs and proposals, and ensures accuracy by working closely with operations and technical teams.Requirements / Qualifications10 plus years of proven experience in a senior level customer experience and sales leadership role.Strong leadership and team management skills.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
